Purchases of single classes and class packs are final and will not be refunded or credited. While the purchase is nonrefundable, classes can be transferred to other students or dates (depending on availability).

Personalized Sun Salutation

In this 3-session series we'll construct your own personal yoga posture sequence to begin or enhance a regular practice. We will meet for three sixty-minute sessions where we'll talk about where you're at, where you want to be and then create a personalized posture sequence to support you, complete with breath-work and pose modifications. Available in-person or on Zoom, recorded for you to access.

The cost of the 3-class package is $195. Purchase on Venmo or Paypal - include your email in the body of the payment or email me below. All sales final - in-person sessions on South Whidbey only.

Restorative Yoga with Live Music

October date with John Convertino (Bass) TBD - This 60-minute class is a no-impact practice that focuses on restoration of the mind, body and spirit. We’ll use props to set ourselves up in supportive postures. I’ll guide you through a meditation to access your deepest breath and read inspiring poetry to the soundtrack of the improvisation of bassist John Convertino. All props are provided.

John is a highly accomplished musician and contrabassist with a rich history of performance and education. He has served as a solo contrabassist with the Lyons Chamber Players since 2006 and as a section contrabassist with Tri Cities Opera, the Philharmonic Orchestra of the Americas and the Norwalk Symphony Orchestra. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music from the State University of New York at Purchase and further studies at The Julliard School, he possesses a strong educational foundation in music. His strong personal spiritual practice combined with his artistry make him the perfect fit for this months featured musician.

Soundview Center in Langley - 432 Third Street

Because we use props in this class and the number of props are limited, space is limited and pre-registration is required.

Class is $20. Secure reservations can be made through Venmo or Paypal. Due to the limited amount of props/spaces, verbal commitments without payment cannot be prioritized over those with paid reservations. Please arrive ten minutes early. Classes are non-refundable but are transferrable to future classes and other students.
